Our newest addition, POP-POP Mesquite Bean Jelly comes from one of our most valued customers. I inquired about her purchases of our 2 lb bags of Bean Pods. Her answer was extremely moving to me, so I ask her if she would like to share this sweet family tradition, with Natures Garden of Healing. She said POP-POP would be tinkled pink, so here's to POP-POP!

In the late 1900's, 35+ years ago, Pop-Pop was hunting at a deer camp in Rock Springs, TX. While at camp, he discovered a little shop offering the Mesquite Bean Jelly. He enjoyed the flavor and taste so much, that he researched online, a recipe that sounded similar. He concocted his own recipe and shared with his adoring family. The family loved the Jelly so much, they started calling it POP-POP. PP made his traditional jelly for over 30 years. As he aged, he handed the Jelly-Bean Torch to his beloved daughter in law. She's continued his tradition for 4 years, and from her orders, looks like she's in it for the long haul.

This product arrives in a 12oz glass preserving jelly-jam jar.

POP-POP Mesquite Bean Jelly maybe stored for 2 years in a cool dark place, such as a pantry. Once the seal is broken, please refrigerate up to 6 months.

The POP-POP Jelly can be used on toast, or breads of your choice. You can also use as a sweet spread.
