Gamthi Curry leaf trees are one of rarest varieties of curry leaf tree. This slow growing tree produces intensely aromatic leaves that can be used in cooking and could potentially open up more of your senses in a desirable way. The leaves from your Gamthi can be used fresh or dried for many different dishes. They are not to be confused with the inferior spice powder from England known as curry powder which has no curry leaf in it whatsoever and is usually just a blend of coriander, turmeric, cumin and cayenne.
