Deep in the forest we found an amazing flush of Lactifluus corrugus, or the corrugated milk cap. We took these home, smoked, marinaded, and dehydrated them into this beautiful tasty vegan mushroom jerky. Great alone as a hiking snack, or also wonderful added to salads or used to flavor batches of rice.
