INGREDIENTS:

Baguette Appetizer with Dill Cream, Smoked Salmon and Caviar
- 1 long baguette, thinly sliced
- 200g Brown Sugar-Cured Smoked Salmon Portions and Tails (from Foraged)
- 12g Osetra Caviar (from Foraged)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish

Preparation:

Step 1 - Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Lightly toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool.

Step 2 - Mix Dill Cream
