Black Trumpet Stroganoff

This Black Trumpet Stroganoff recipe comes together quicker than it took for my noodles to boil! You could add meat if that's your thing and really any dried mushroom can be subbed for the trumpets! If you don’t have worcestershire, soy sauce, coconut aminos or fish sauce will work well in its place! By: Chef Lorenzo Tavani
